Please note that license renewals are for a 12 month period and if you cancel a license before the end of that period the remaining balance will become due.

- Which systems you have changed or are migrating to.
- If you spoke to our team about alternative options
- If the the decision is based on cost.
- If the decision is based on technical issues
- If the decision is based on customer service problems.
