Yooz Integration
Zynk's Yooz integration links Yooz accounts payable automation to the finance system where your ledgers live. Purchase orders, suppliers, nominal accounts, cost centres and payments go into Yooz, and approved invoice and credit exports come back for posting. It suits finance teams running Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero or Business Central alongside Yooz, across one or several organisations.

Purchase orders ready for matching
Purchase orders raised in your accounting system import into Yooz when they are created or changed. Yooz can then match incoming supplier invoices against them, instead of waiting for someone to upload the order by hand.
Coding lists that match the ledger
Suppliers, nominal accounts and cost centres load into Yooz as master data from Sage, Xero and other systems. Invoices are coded against the same lists the ledger uses, so postings are not rejected for missing accounts.
Approved invoices posted for you
Zynk downloads invoice and credit exports from Yooz once they are ready and posts them to your accounting system as purchase invoices or bills. Each file is marked as downloaded in Yooz, so the next run skips it.
Payment details back in Yooz
Payments recorded in the ledger import into Yooz as feedback, carrying the amount and the date paid. The invoice record in Yooz then reflects that the supplier has been paid, without anyone updating it manually.
Several organisations, one setup
Zynk lists the organisations in your Yooz account and pairs each one with its own company in the accounting system. It works with any number of Yooz organisations, which suits groups keeping separate ledgers per entity.

Yooz takes the paper out of accounts payable, but it only works as well as the data around it. If purchase orders, suppliers and nominal codes are out of date in Yooz, invoices can't be matched or coded. If approved invoices sit in an export folder, the ledger falls behind.

How it works
How the Yooz integration works
Step 1: Connect the organisations
Zynk connects to your Yooz account, lists its organisations and links each one to the matching company in Sage, Xero or your ERP. A Yooz instance that is already set up is all you need on that side.
Step 2: Load master data
Suppliers, nominal accounts and cost centres export from the ledger and load into Yooz. Mappings decide how accounts are classified and how departments, projects or tracking categories become cost centres.
Step 3: Send orders, collect invoices
New and changed purchase orders go to Yooz for matching. Once invoices are approved, Zynk downloads the export files, posts them to the ledger and marks each file as downloaded.
Step 4: Close the loop
Payments made in the accounting system import into Yooz as feedback. Workflows run on a schedule, daily or more often, and records that fail are written to a fail file for review.

Send Sage 50 purchase orders and suppliers to Yooz for matching and coding, then bring approved invoices back as purchase invoices in Sage 50.
Yooz and Xero
Load Xero contacts and purchase orders into Yooz, post approved invoices to Xero as bills, and return Xero payments to Yooz so each invoice shows its payment details.

Send Business Central purchase orders and vendors to Yooz, and create purchase invoices in Business Central from the invoices Yooz has approved.
