Zynk's EKM integration links your EKM online shop to the accounting, ERP and fulfilment systems behind it. Orders, customers and products export from EKM, while stock levels, product updates and order statuses go back into the shop. It suits UK retailers who sell through EKM and keep their books in Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero or QuickBooks.

EKM gives smaller retailers a complete online shop. The work that follows each sale, though, usually happens somewhere else: orders get keyed into the accounts, stock is adjusted by hand and customers chase updates by email. Without integration, that admin grows with every order and eats into time for selling.

How it works
How the EKM integration works
Step 1: Grant access to your shop
You log in to EKM from Zynk and allow access, which creates a refresh token for the connection. We recommend a single Zynk connection per EKM store so that token stays valid.
Step 2: Map orders to the accounts
Order lines, delivery charges, tax and payment methods are mapped to the products, nominal codes and tax codes in your accounting system or ERP.
Step 3: Set status and stock rules
We decide which back office event moves an EKM order to its next status, whether customers get an email when it does, and how often stock levels refresh.
Step 4: Go live with checks
After a test run with real orders, the workflows run on a schedule, and records already processed are skipped so nothing is posted twice.
