How it works
How the QuickBooks integration works
Step 1: Authorise QuickBooks Online
Sign in with your Intuit account and approve Zynk's access to your QuickBooks Online company, then connect the store, marketplace or CRM that should feed it.
Step 2: Choose how sales are recorded
Decide whether each channel posts sales receipts or invoices, then map products to QuickBooks items, tax rates to tax codes and payment methods to the right deposit accounts.
Step 3: Review the first transactions
Compare the first batch in QuickBooks Online with the source system, checking totals, VAT and customer details, and adjust the mappings before the integration goes live.
Step 4: Let it run
Transactions then flow on a schedule. Exceptions such as a missing item or an unmapped tax rate are flagged for review instead of being posted to the wrong account.
