Order Management System
StoreFeeder Integration
Zynk's StoreFeeder integration links StoreFeeder, the multichannel order and warehouse platform, to the accounting or ERP system that runs your finances. Orders from every channel StoreFeeder manages export to Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or Business Central, while stock levels and order status updates come back from the ERP. It suits retailers selling across marketplaces and webstores from one or more warehouses.
Capabilities may differ depending on the product.
Benefits
Why businesses connect StoreFeeder
Every channel's orders in one ledger
StoreFeeder already gathers orders from marketplaces and webstores. Zynk exports those orders to your accounting or ERP system, so Amazon, eBay and Shopify sales reach finance through one route rather than one export per channel.
Sales that keep their source
StoreFeeder channels are exported and mapped to customer accounts, departments or analysis codes in your ERP. When the figures are reviewed, you can see which marketplace or webstore each sale came from.
Stock led by your system of record
Where the ERP owns stock, inventory updates import into StoreFeeder, which then publishes accurate quantities to its connected channels. That lowers the risk of overselling when one item is listed on several marketplaces at once.
Warehouses matched to locations
StoreFeeder warehouses are exported so each one can be paired with a stock location in the ERP. Stock updates then land against the correct site when inventory is split across more than one building.
Order status kept current
When the back office moves an order on, for example by recording a despatch, an order status update imports into StoreFeeder. Its list of order statuses is exported too, so the mapping always points at a status that exists.
Postage coded consistently
StoreFeeder shipping methods are exported and mapped to the carriage codes or delivery charges in your accounts, so postage on every order is recorded the same way whichever channel the customer bought through.

The problem
Why integrate StoreFeeder?
StoreFeeder brings orders, listings and stock from many channels into one place, but the accounts usually sit outside it. Without integration, finance re-enters channel orders into Sage or Xero, stock is adjusted twice and order statuses drift apart. The busier the marketplaces get, the further behind the ledger falls.
Without integration
- Channel orders keyed into the accounts from StoreFeeder reports
- Stock corrected in the ERP but never in StoreFeeder
- Marketplace sales lumped together with no channel detail
- Postage coded differently depending on who entered the order
- Order status updated in one system and forgotten in the other
With Zynk
- Orders from every channel export to your accounting or ERP system
- Inventory updates import into StoreFeeder from the ERP
- Channels are mapped so each sale keeps its source
- Shipping methods map to consistent carriage codes
- Status changes made in the ERP are imported into StoreFeeder
How it works
How the StoreFeeder integration works
Step 1: Connect StoreFeeder
Zynk connects to your StoreFeeder account through its REST API and to the accounting or ERP system that records your sales, whether that is Sage 50, Sage 200, Xero, QuickBooks or Business Central.
Step 2: Read the reference data
Channels, warehouses, shipping methods and order statuses are exported from StoreFeeder first, so each can be mapped to the matching customer account, location, carriage code or status in your ERP.
Step 3: Export orders
Workflows collect new orders from StoreFeeder and create sales orders or invoices in your back office, with tax, discounts and postage posted to the nominal codes you choose.
Step 4: Send updates back
On a schedule, stock levels and order status updates import into StoreFeeder from the ERP. A failed record raises an alert, so someone fixes the cause instead of finding it at month-end.
Integrations
What can you connect to StoreFeeder?
StoreFeeder and Sage 200
Create Sage 200 sales orders from StoreFeeder orders, then return Sage 200 stock levels and despatch progress so StoreFeeder lists the right quantities and shows each order's true state.
StoreFeeder and Sage 50 UK
Post StoreFeeder orders to Sage 50 as invoices or sales orders, and import stock from Sage 50 into StoreFeeder so your marketplaces only offer what is on the shelf.
StoreFeeder and Xero
Record StoreFeeder orders in Xero as sales invoices, with each channel mapped to its own contact or tracking category so marketplace revenue is easy to separate.
StoreFeeder and QuickBooks
Send StoreFeeder orders to QuickBooks as sales receipts or invoices, so multichannel revenue appears in the books without exporting a report from each marketplace.
StoreFeeder and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Create Business Central sales orders from StoreFeeder orders, with StoreFeeder warehouses mapped to Business Central locations so each order is tied to the right site.
