As part of our expansion, Zynk is looking to grow our Customer success team to work on the delivery and support of data integration solutions using our Zynk Workflow Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS)

What’s involved

Working alongside our Sales and Development teams to provide world class solutions to our rapidly expanding customer base throughout the UK and overseas.
Speaking with customers via telephone and Email to gain a understanding of any issues or problems they are experiencing delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Troubleshooting of issues via Remote Desktop and Offline to establish cause and rectify within the customers SLA

What we are looking for

Experience with Accounting, CRM systems or Ecommerce software e.g. Sage, Salesforce, Shopify, Magento
Skills in Scripting or data formats e.g. XML, JSON
Excellent communication skills – Written, Face-to-face, Telephone
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and skills
Motivated, Pro-active and a desire to succeed
Organised and professional with a can-do attitude
