How we protect your data

Security by design

Encryption in transit and at rest

Data is encrypted as it moves between systems and when it is stored, using secure APIs and mutual authentication.

Least-privilege access

Integrations only exchange the data they need, and only with authorised endpoints. Connection credentials can be encrypted and hidden from users who don’t need them.

Role-based permissions

Access to connections, workflows, history, settings and user management is set per user: none, view only or full control.

Secure development

Security testing and code reviews run throughout our software development lifecycle.

Your choice of deployment

Run Zynk Workflow on-premise inside your own network, or in the cloud, to suit your data residency and IT policies.

Externally reviewed

Our Amazon integration passed a full security audit by Amazon and PwC.

Security questions

Where can I find your security policies and certificates?
Our Trust Centre at trust.zynk.com has our security and compliance documentation. If you need anything that isn’t there, get in touch.
Is Zynk GDPR compliant?
Yes. Zynk complies with UK GDPR and EU GDPR and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Can we keep our data on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Zynk Workflow can run on-premise, so data moves between your systems without leaving your network. It can also run in the cloud.
Is Insights AI safe to use with our Sage data?
Insights AI is read-only: it never posts, edits or deletes anything in Sage. It only sees what your existing Sage permissions allow, reads answers live rather than copying your data into another database, and shows the records behind every answer. What your AI assistant keeps from the conversation depends on its own plan and settings, so check those as well.
