Zynk's eBay integration connects your eBay seller account to the accounting, ERP and shipping systems that run the rest of the business. Orders, inventory items and offers export from eBay, while stock levels, prices and shipping fulfilments go back to it. It suits marketplace sellers on Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Accounting, Xero or Business Central.

Fulfilment policies export for each eBay marketplace, from Australia to Germany, so the shipping carrier codes used in your fulfilments match the ones eBay accepts on that site.

The problem
eBay brings in sales from buyers you might not otherwise reach, but every sale creates work behind the scenes. Orders need entering in the accounts, stock has to match what is left on the shelf and buyers expect tracking quickly. Handling that by hand across a large catalogue soon becomes a full-time job.
How it works
You sign in to eBay from the Zynk connection screen and grant access to your seller account. Zynk then connects to your accounting system, ERP or shipping platform through its own connector.
eBay SKUs are matched to stock codes or items in your back office, and fulfilment policies are exported so each shipping carrier maps to a code that eBay accepts.
We decide which orders export and when, whether they post as sales orders or invoices, and which stock figure sets eBay quantities, then test everything with sample orders.
Orders, stock, prices and fulfilments then move on a schedule, with any order or listing update that eBay rejects reported back to your team.
Integrations
eBay orders import into Sage 200 as sales orders, while stock records and price bands set eBay quantities and prices, and despatch notes are returned to eBay as shipping fulfilments.
