How the FreeAgent integration works

Step 1: Pick your channels
Choose the sales channels you want to bring into FreeAgent, such as a Shopify store, a WooCommerce site, a Wix shop or an eBay account.
Step 2: Sign in to each account
Connect FreeAgent and each channel in a few clicks. FreeAgent's API uses OAuth 2.0, which means you approve access on FreeAgent's own sign-in page rather than handing over your password.
Step 3: Brief your Integration Agent
Tell the agent what to move, for example orders, customers and invoices, and how often it should run, so the sync fits the way your business actually trades.
Step 4: Switch it on
Launch the agent and it keeps syncing around the clock, with alerts and an audit trail whenever a record needs your attention.
