Zynk's WooCommerce integration connects a WordPress store to the accounting, ERP and CRM systems that run the rest of the business. Orders, customers and refunds leave WooCommerce for Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or Business Central, and product records, including stock quantities and prices, are updated from your back office. It suits retailers and wholesalers who have outgrown copying orders between screens.
Benefits
Each WooCommerce order exports with its line items, shipping and tax, then lands in your accounts or ERP as a sales order or invoice. Nobody downloads order CSV files or retypes delivery addresses into Sage any more.
Refunds export from WooCommerce as records of their own, so a refund issued in the store becomes a credit note in Xero, QuickBooks or Sage. Revenue and VAT stay correct without a manual adjustment at month end.
Product updates import into WooCommerce from the system that owns your stock, setting quantities and prices on each product. Shoppers see what is genuinely available, which matters most when the same stock also sells in a shop or on a marketplace.
Customers export from WooCommerce to your accounting system or CRM, and accounts opened elsewhere can be imported into the store. The website, the sales ledger and the sales team all work from the same customer details.
Orders can also be imported into WooCommerce, which helps when you consolidate sales taken through another channel or move from an older store platform and want the order history kept in one place.
Popular set-ups, such as WooCommerce to Xero, can be configured without code in Zynk Autopilot. Template-based projects with Sage or an ERP can go live in days, with custom rules added on top where you need them.

The problem
WooCommerce takes the order, but it does not post invoices, run your warehouse or know what your sales team agreed on the phone. Left unconnected, staff export orders, rekey them into the accounts and adjust stock by hand, and every busy week pushes the store and the ledger a little further apart.
How it works
A WooCommerce REST API key with read and write access is generated in your store's settings, and Zynk uses it to read orders and update products. Your accounting or ERP system is connected alongside it.
Store SKUs are matched to stock codes in your back office, and WooCommerce tax classes, shipping methods and payment gateways are mapped to the tax codes and nominal accounts finance already uses.
Recent orders and refunds run through in a test before switching on. Totals, VAT and customer accounts are checked on both sides, and any rule that needs changing is changed then, not after go-live.
Orders and refunds then move out at intervals you choose, while stock and price updates flow into the store as often as trading needs. Records that fail are reported so they can be fixed and sent again.
