Frequently asked questions

How are Linnworks orders posted into Sage 200?
Open orders are exported from Linnworks and imported into Sage 200 as sales orders. They post against your web sales account (WEBGBP by default), with a configurable carriage SKU for shipping lines and options to reuse the Linnworks order number or apply the source name as the Sage account reference.
Which system controls stock?
Stock should be controlled from one system only. You designate either Sage or Linnworks as the primary source, and the primary system's values overwrite the secondary as products and stock sync between them.
Do prices sync between the systems?
Yes. With UpdatePrices enabled (the default), prices in the primary system are used to update product prices in the other system.
How is tax handled?
Tax rates are mapped between Linnworks and Sage so orders post with the correct tax codes in Sage 200.
What does Sage 200 require to connect?
Zynk is installed on the same machine as the Sage 200 Client, with Windows user credentials configured in the task scheduler. Our team handles the connection and configuration as part of the template setup.
