Frequently asked questions

How are Linnworks orders posted into Sage 50?
Open orders are exported from Linnworks and imported into Sage 50 as sales orders. They post against your web sales account (WEBGBP by default), and you can choose to reuse the Linnworks order number as the Sage order number.
Which system controls stock?
Stock should be controlled from one system only. You designate either Sage or Linnworks as the primary source, and products and stock levels sync from that system to the other.
Do prices sync between the systems?
Yes. With UpdatePrices enabled (the default), prices from the primary system are used to update product prices in the secondary system.
How is tax handled?
Tax rates are mapped between Linnworks and Sage so orders post with the correct tax codes in Sage 50.
What do I need to connect Sage 50?
A Sage 50 company data path along with a username and password. Our team handles the connection and configuration as part of the template setup.
