Integration Detail
Connect Linnworks to Sage, Dynamics or your accounting system so orders, stock and shipments move automatically, in both directions.
Linnworks handles your orders and inventory across every channel you sell on. Your finance system handles the money. If nothing connects them, someone is exporting orders at the end of each day and importing them into the ledger, and stock figures in the two systems slowly stop agreeing.
Linnworks is a multichannel order and inventory management platform, strong at the front of the operation: listings, marketplaces, stock allocation and dispatch. It is not an accounting system, and it is not an ERP. That is the join we build.
This is what most businesses actually come to us for. Orders that Linnworks has processed need to become sales invoices in the finance system. Stock movements need to be reflected in both places. Refunds need to reconcile. Purchase and supplier data needs to flow the other way.
We build that join across the Sage range, including Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Intacct and Sage Business Cloud Accounting, and to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you are running something else, tell us and we will say straight away whether we can connect it.
Sage is the one we are asked about most often, and it is the part of this market we know best. If you are running Linnworks in front of Sage, that is well-trodden ground for us rather than a first attempt.
Yes, and it is the pairing we are asked about most. Orders processed in Linnworks become sales transactions in Sage, stock stays aligned across both, and refunds reconcile without anyone matching them by hand. We work across Sage 50, Sage 200, Sage Intacct and Sage Business Cloud Accounting.
No. Linnworks manages orders and inventory rather than finance, so connecting it to an ERP is a separate piece of work. That is what we do: we build and run the connection, then support it afterwards.
Yes. Orders, products and refunds move out of Linnworks, and order updates, products, shipments and stock levels move back in. The table below shows exactly which.
Yes. Most businesses run it continuously through the day or overnight, and it can also be triggered on demand.
It helps considerably. Overselling usually happens when stock moves in one system and another does not hear about it for hours. Keeping levels synced automatically closes most of that window.
