Order Management System
Zynk's Linnworks integration joins Linnworks, where multichannel orders and stock are managed, to the accounting, ERP and warehouse systems behind it. Processed orders, refunds and returns flow out to Sage, Xero or Business Central, while stock levels, products, purchase orders and shipments come back in. It suits online retailers selling across several marketplaces and webstores through one Linnworks account.

Benefits
Orders that Linnworks has processed export to Sage 50, Sage 200 or Business Central as sales orders or invoices, split by channel if you report that way. Finance no longer waits for an end-of-day export before invoicing can start.
Stock level updates import into Linnworks from your ERP or warehouse platform, and Linnworks then passes the change on to the channels it lists on. One stock figure drives every marketplace and webstore.
Refunds and returns export from Linnworks both while they await action and once processed, so credits can be raised in finance. Decisions made in the back office can be imported as refund and return actions in Linnworks.
When a warehouse or 3PL despatches an order, the shipment imports into Linnworks against the open order, so it can be processed and marked as shipped on the channel it came from.
Purchase orders and suppliers can move either way, so a PO raised in Sage 200 appears in Linnworks for booking in, or a Linnworks PO reaches finance ready for the supplier invoice.
A query export reads Linnworks data that the standard tasks do not cover, which helps with custom reports or feeding a data warehouse alongside the regular order and stock flows.

The problem
Linnworks is built for the front of an online retail operation: listings, marketplaces, stock allocation and despatch. It is not an accounting system. Without a link to finance, someone exports processed orders every evening and imports them into the ledger, while stock and purchasing figures in the two systems slowly drift apart.
How it works
Zynk connects to your Linnworks account through the Linnworks API and to your accounting, ERP or warehouse platform. Linnworks keeps its own channel integrations, and Zynk looks after the systems behind it.
Each Linnworks channel or source maps to the customer account, nominal codes and tax treatment you use in finance, and Linnworks SKUs map to stock codes and items.
Decide the stage at which each record moves: open orders to a warehouse for picking, processed orders to finance, refunds once actioned, and stock levels as often as your channels need them.
Workflows run through the day or overnight, and failures are logged with the reason, so busy periods do not leave orders stuck between systems without anyone noticing.

Send processed orders and refunds to Sage 200, and import stock levels, products and purchase orders into Linnworks so both systems describe the same inventory.
Turn Linnworks orders into Sage 50 invoices or sales orders and feed Sage 50 stock records back, so marketplaces only list what is on the shelf.
Pass open orders to Peoplevox for picking and import the resulting shipments and stock levels, so Linnworks can close each order and update every channel.
Create Business Central sales orders and credit memos from Linnworks orders and refunds, and keep Linnworks products aligned with Business Central items.
