Yes. Zynk connects NetSuite to Shopify so web orders and customers reach the ERP without rekeying and stock information is available to the store. The exact records and timings are agreed during discovery to match how your NetSuite account is set up.

Does NetSuite offer an API for integration?

Yes. NetSuite offers SuiteTalk web services, including a REST interface for working with records and running queries. Zynk works with NetSuite's integration options on your behalf, so your own team doesn't need to develop against them.
