WordPress Integration
Zynk's WordPress integration connects a WordPress site to the CRM, database and business systems that hold your content and customer data. Posts, pages and users can be created or updated in WordPress from those systems, while comments, users and published content export back out. It suits marketing and web teams that maintain pages from information held somewhere else.
Capabilities may differ depending on the product.
Benefits
Why businesses connect WordPress
Pages built from your data
Create or update WordPress pages from CRM or database records, such as client-specific landing pages or tailored offers, so the site reflects current information without someone editing each page by hand.
Posts that follow changes
When product details or promotions change in the source system, the matching WordPress posts can be updated on the next workflow run, which keeps published content accurate without a separate editing task.
User accounts kept aligned
WordPress users can be imported from your CRM or exported to it, so the people who log in to your site match the contacts your business already manages, with fewer orphaned or out-of-date accounts.
Comments reach the right team
Comments export from WordPress and can be created as CRM records or emailed to your team, so feedback and questions left on the site get a response from sales or support.
Content available elsewhere
Posts and pages export out of WordPress as well, which helps when archiving content, feeding it to another system or reviewing the whole site's content in one list.

The problem
Why integrate WordPress?
Websites drift out of date when the information behind them lives in another system. Without integration, someone copies CRM details into WordPress pages, exports users by hand and reads comments in the admin screen. It takes time, it slips during busy campaigns and visitors end up reading content that is weeks out of date.
Without integration
- Client pages edited by hand whenever CRM details change
- Product updates and promotions published days late
- Comments left on the site that never reach sales or support
- Site users and CRM contacts that don't match
- New site registrations copied into the CRM from the admin screen
With Zynk
- Pages are created and updated from CRM records automatically
- Posts update from the source system on each scheduled run
- Comments export to your CRM or inbox for follow-up
- Users move between WordPress and the CRM with the same details
- New WordPress users export to the CRM as contacts on each run
How it works
How the WordPress integration works
Step 1: Connect the site
Zynk connects to your site through the WordPress REST API, which exposes posts, pages, users and comments, and to the CRM or database that holds your source data.
Step 2: Map content fields
Fields in the source records are mapped to post and page titles, content and status, and contact details are mapped to WordPress users so each record lands in the right place.
Step 3: Review before publishing
Workflows are trialled with content saved as drafts first, so you can check how pages and posts look before anything goes live on the site.
Step 4: Run on a schedule
Once approved, workflows run on a schedule or on demand, keeping the site in line with the source data and reporting anything that fails.
Integrations
What can you connect to WordPress?
WordPress and Salesforce
Build WordPress pages from Salesforce records and send site users and comments back to Salesforce as leads or cases for the right team to follow up.
WordPress and HubSpot
Update WordPress posts from HubSpot records and add new site users and commenters to HubSpot as contacts for marketing to nurture.
WordPress and Zoho CRM
Publish client-specific WordPress pages from Zoho CRM data and keep Zoho contacts in line with the users registered on your site.
WordPress and SQL Server
Generate posts and pages from tables in a SQL Server database, and store WordPress comments back in the database for reporting.
WordPress and Email
Email new WordPress comments to the people responsible for each area, so questions posted on the site are answered quickly.
