Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Please contact our team to arrange a free trial of Insights or Workflow. Autopilot is free for up to 100 records per month, forever.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. Autopilot and Insights plans can be billed monthly, with no long-term commitment: you can cancel at the end of any month. Or pay annually in advance and get two months free. Workflow is priced by quote.
Are there any setup fees?
There are no setup fees on Autopilot or Insights plans. For Workflow, or if you need a custom integration or bespoke workflow, we will give you a fixed quote up front.
What counts as a record?
On Autopilot plans, each item synced between your systems counts as one record towards your monthly allowance, such as an order, a shipment or an invoice. Inventory and pricing changes are not included in the record count.
What happens if I go over my plan limit?
On Autopilot, your integration keeps running when you pass your monthly records, and additional records are charged at the rate shown on the Autopilot plans. On Insights, additional AI requests are charged at the rate shown on the Insights plans. Either way, we will let you know when you are close to your limit so you can move up a plan if your volumes have grown.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time as your business grows or your volumes change, and the new price applies from your next billing period.
What support is included?
Autopilot: every plan includes free email support, and Growth and above add telephone support and 1:1 onboarding. Insights: Growth includes email support, Scale adds telephone support, and Business includes dedicated onboarding, a customer success manager and an SLA. Workflow: includes full telephone support, with a customer success manager and SLAs as required.

Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
How do I cancel?
Get in touch with our team and we will cancel your plan at the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
