Orderlion Integration
Zynk's Orderlion integration is for food and drink wholesalers whose customers order through Orderlion. It sends your customers, products, price bands, discount groups and favourite lists from your accounting or ERP system, such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite or Business Central, into Orderlion, and exports the orders your customers place so they arrive in the back office without rekeying.
Capabilities may differ depending on the product.
Benefits
Why businesses connect Orderlion
Orders without retyping
Orders that restaurants, cafés and caterers place in Orderlion are exported to your accounting or ERP system with product codes and quantities exactly as entered. Your sales office stops copying them across, and there are fewer picking errors and credit notes.
Agreed prices on every order
Price bands and discount groups are sent to Orderlion from the system that already holds them, so each customer orders at the rates you agreed without a second price list to keep up to date.
A current product range
Products are imported into Orderlion from your item master, so new lines, discontinued products and descriptions stay the same in the app and in your accounts.
Favourite lists ready to reorder
Each customer's favourite list is sent to Orderlion from your back office, so regulars open the app to the products they usually buy and can repeat an order in a few taps.
Customer accounts set up once
New customers created in your accounts are imported into Orderlion with their details, so they can start ordering straight away without a second account to set up by hand.
Ready before the cut-off
Workflows run to a timetable that matches your order cut-off and picking times, so orders placed late in the evening are waiting in the back office when the warehouse team starts the morning shift.

The problem
Why integrate Orderlion?
Moving customers onto Orderlion takes order taking off the phone, but the app is only as good as the data behind it, and each order still has to reach the system that invoices and picks it. If that link is manual, orders are copied across, prices drift out of date and the time saved by digital ordering is lost again in the back office.
Without integration
- App orders copied into the ERP before the warehouse can pick them
- Price band and discount changes made in the ERP but not in the app
- New products listed in the accounts but missing from the app
- New customers set up twice, once in the accounts and once in the app
- Each customer's usual order rebuilt by hand in the app
With Zynk
- Orders exported to the back office ready to process
- Price bands and discount groups sent from the system that owns them
- Products imported into Orderlion from your item master
- Customers imported into Orderlion from your accounts
- Favourite lists maintained once, in your back office
How it works
How the Orderlion integration works
Step 1: Review your setup
We look at how Orderlion is configured for your business, which accounting or ERP system you use and how customers, products, price bands, discount groups and favourite lists are maintained today, including any delivery days or minimum order values set per customer.
Step 2: Connect both systems
Zynk connects to your Orderlion account and to your accounting or ERP system, then sets up the tasks: customers, products, price bands, discount groups and favourite lists into Orderlion, and orders back out.
Step 3: Map and test
Customers, products, units and prices are matched between both systems. Units need particular care when one product sells by the case, the kilo or the single item. Sample orders then run through the workflow so your team can check them before anything goes live.
Step 4: Run every day
Workflows run on a schedule that fits your order cut-off times, with alerts if an order or a product update needs someone to look at it.
