How the Shopline integration works

  1. Step 1: Connect Shopline

    Start in Autopilot and authorise it to access your Shopline store. The guided setup walks you through each step, so no technical knowledge is needed to get the first connection in place.

  2. Step 2: Add your accounting system

    Link Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent or Sage, the system where your Shopline orders, refunds and payments should be recorded and where your stock levels are held.

  3. Step 3: Confirm the mapping

What is Shopline?
Shopline is a commerce platform that merchants use to run online stores and sell in person. It offers open APIs, supporting both REST and GraphQL, for building apps and integrations. Autopilot works with those APIs on your behalf, so you do not need to build anything yourself.
Can I connect Shopline to Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. Autopilot connects Shopline to Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, Sage Business Cloud Accounting, Sage 50 and Intuit Enterprise Suite. Orders arrive as invoices, refunds as credits and payments are recorded, with tax and payment types mapped to the codes you confirm during setup.
Will Shopline work with Sage?
Yes. Autopilot links Shopline to Sage Accounting and Sage 50, so store orders, refunds and payments are recorded in Sage and stock levels held in Sage can be sent back to your Shopline store on a schedule you choose.
Do I need a developer to connect Shopline?
No. Autopilot is Zynk's no-code product, built for small businesses. Setup is guided, with AI-assisted mapping and exception handling, so there is no code to write and no integration server for you to look after.
What Shopline data does Zynk send to my accounts?
