DD Track+ Integration
Zynk's DD Track+ integration connects the DD Track+ portal to the systems a supplier uses to fulfil orders. New orders export from DD Track+ into Sage, a warehouse platform or a shipping tool, and order statuses go back as the work progresses, from pending to processing to despatched. It ends the daily routine of downloading orders and updating each one by hand.

Orders collected by status
Zynk exports orders from DD Track+ by status, usually new orders, so each run picks up the latest work allocated to your supplier code and hands it to the system that will fulfil it.
Despatch confirmed without logging in
When your warehouse or shipping system records a despatch, Zynk sets the matching order line in DD Track+ to despatched, so the portal is current without anyone clicking through it.
Progress reported as it happens
Orders can move to pending or processing as soon as they reach your ERP or warehouse, giving everyone who relies on DD Track+ an accurate view of the work in progress.
Straight to the warehouse
Exported orders can go directly into a warehouse management system such as Mintsoft or Peoplevox, so picking starts without a sales order being keyed into the accounts first.
A record of what you supplied
Orders can also create sales orders in Sage 50 or Sage 200, including item, quantity and price details, so finance holds a complete record of what was supplied through DD Track+.
Every order line accounted for
Each order line carries its own DD Track+ ID, which Zynk uses to update the right line and to recognise orders it has already passed on, so nothing is created twice in your systems.

How it works
How the DD Track+ integration works
Step 1: Connect DD Track+
Zynk connects with the username, password and supplier code you use to log in to DD Track+. A sandbox environment can be used while the workflow is being tested.
Step 2: Map order lines
Map DD Track+ item and option numbers to your own product codes, and delivery details to the fields your warehouse or ERP expects, including carrier and parcel references.
Step 3: Export and acknowledge
Each run exports orders at the status you choose, creates them in the target system and sets them to pending or processing in DD Track+ once they have been accepted.
Step 4: Confirm despatch
A follow-on workflow reads despatches from your warehouse or shipping system and sets the matching DD Track+ order lines to despatched.

DD Track+ and Sage 200
Create Sage 200 sales orders from DD Track+ orders, then use Sage 200 despatch notes to mark the matching order lines as despatched in the portal.
DD Track+ and Sage 50 UK
Import DD Track+ orders into Sage 50 as sales orders and report each one as despatched in DD Track+ once Sage 50 shows it has been sent.
DD Track+ and Mintsoft
Pass DD Track+ orders to Mintsoft for picking and packing, and feed Mintsoft order progress back so DD Track+ moves from processing to despatched.
DD Track+ and ShipStation
Send DD Track+ orders to ShipStation for labels and update DD Track+ with each shipment recorded in ShipStation, without anyone reconciling the two by hand.
