Rithum Integration

Zynk's Rithum integration connects Rithum, the commerce platform that brings together ChannelAdvisor and CommerceHub, to the accounting, ERP and warehouse systems behind your channels. Orders collected by Rithum export to Sage, Business Central or your warehouse, and inventory in Rithum updates from the system that holds your stock, so every marketplace sells from accurate figures.

Benefits

Why businesses connect Rithum

Marketplace orders in a single flow

Rithum already gathers orders from the marketplaces and retail sites you sell on. Zynk exports those orders to your accounting or ERP system in one flow, instead of you running a separate integration for every channel.

Inventory set by the system that owns it

Stock levels from Sage, Business Central or your warehouse system update inventory in Rithum on a schedule, so the listings Rithum manages reflect what you can actually pick and ship today.

Sales recorded channel by channel

Orders can be mapped according to the channel they came from, so finance posts marketplace sales to the right customer account, nominal code and tax treatment, and can report revenue for each marketplace separately.

Orders straight to fulfilment

Rather than waiting on the accounts, orders can go directly to Peoplevox, Mintsoft or another warehouse system for picking, while stock from that warehouse flows back to Rithum to keep listings honest.

Peak trading without the overtime

Busy periods multiply orders across every marketplace at once. With orders exporting and inventory updating automatically, the extra volume is absorbed by the schedule rather than by late nights in finance and the warehouse.

The problem

Why integrate Rithum?

Rithum keeps listings and orders organised across many channels, but finance and fulfilment still happen elsewhere. Without integration, orders are downloaded and keyed into the accounts or warehouse, and inventory is uploaded back from spreadsheets. When that upload runs late, a marketplace keeps selling stock you no longer have.

Without integration

  • Marketplace orders downloaded from Rithum and keyed into the accounts
  • Inventory files uploaded to Rithum once a day, if someone remembers
  • Overselling on fast-moving lines across several marketplaces
  • The warehouse waiting for someone to pass on the morning's orders

With Zynk

  • Each order is created in Sage, Business Central or your ERP for you
  • Inventory updates in Rithum on a frequent schedule
  • Every channel lists stock taken from the system that owns it
  • Orders go straight to your WMS for picking

How it works

How the Rithum integration works

  1. Step 1: Connect Rithum and the back office

Zynk connects to your Rithum account with access your Rithum administrator authorises, and to the accounting, ERP or warehouse system that receives orders and holds stock.

  2. Step 2: Map channels, SKUs and tax

Match Rithum SKUs to your item codes, assign each marketplace to a customer account or channel code, and map tax and shipping lines to your nominal and tax codes.

  3. Step 3: Reconcile a sample

Export a sample of recent orders and compare them in both systems, then check that an inventory update changes the quantities you expect in Rithum.

  4. Step 4: Run both flows on schedules

Orders export frequently through the day and inventory updates as often as your channels need. Orders that cannot be posted, or SKUs that cannot be matched, raise an alert.

Example use cases for Rithum integration

Rithum and Sage 200

Create Sage 200 sales orders from Rithum orders and send Sage 200 stock levels back to Rithum, so marketplace availability follows your stock records.

Rithum integration FAQs

Is Rithum the same as ChannelAdvisor?
Rithum is the name CommerceHub adopted in December 2023 for the combined business that includes ChannelAdvisor and Dsco, so many sellers still know the platform as ChannelAdvisor. If you log in through ChannelAdvisor today, tell us during scoping and we will confirm the connection for your account.
Can Rithum orders be posted into Sage?
Yes. Zynk exports orders from Rithum and creates them in Sage 50 or Sage 200 as sales orders or invoices, with marketplace, tax and shipping lines mapped. Stock levels from Sage can then update Rithum inventory, so listings reflect what Sage holds.
How does Zynk update inventory in Rithum?
Zynk reads stock from the system that owns it, such as Sage 200, Business Central, Peoplevox or Mintsoft, and runs Rithum's inventory update on a schedule you set. Frequent updates reduce the chance of a marketplace selling stock that has already gone.
Which Rithum data does the connector cover?
Two flows: exporting orders from Rithum and updating inventory in Rithum. Together they cover the main daily exchange between a multichannel platform and the back office. If you need other Rithum data, such as product listings, raise it with our team during scoping.
Can Rithum orders go directly to my warehouse?
Yes. Orders can import into a warehouse system such as Peoplevox or Mintsoft for picking, with inventory from that warehouse sent back to Rithum. The accounting side can be handled in the same project, so finance sees every sale as well.
Does connecting Rithum need custom development?
No. The integration is configured in Zynk Workflow, which is low-code. Our team sets up the Rithum connection, mappings and schedules with you, and adjusts them when you add a channel or move to a different warehouse.
Can Rithum orders be sent to Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes, through Zynk Workflow. Orders exported from Rithum can be created as invoices in Xero, or as sales receipts or invoices in QuickBooks Online. Inventory updates for Rithum can then come from whichever system holds your stock.
Can Rithum connect to Business Central?
Yes. Zynk exports orders from Rithum and creates them in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as sales orders, and updates Rithum inventory from Business Central items on a schedule. Every channel Rithum manages then sells from the same stock position as your ERP.
