Zynk 1.4 General Release

New Features

  • Sage 50
    • Import Invoices / Import Sales Orders
      • Import of Gross Prices
        • If enabled Zynk will import the net / tax values by splitting out the tax value of gross prices based on the tax settings in Sage
      • Prevent Duplicates
        • If enabled (switch on by default) Zynk will track the records imported against an internal database to prevent duplicate records being created in Sage.  The information stored is tracked per workflow.
      • Currency Conversion
        • If enabled Zynk will convert orders to the currency of the account specified
        • Zynk will either use the foreign rate specified in the XML, or read the exchange rate from Sage if not provided
    • Import Customer / Import Invoices / Import Sales Orders – customer account matching
      • If enabled Zynk will match customer records in Sage based on the fields in the settings

    • Import Transactions – Import splits
      • Zynk supports importing transactions as a single header and multiple splits, based on the fields set in the XML.  Zynk will group transactions together as splits by matching on AccountReference, CustomerId, Reference, PaymentReference, TransactionDate, and TransactionType
    • Export Stock Records – exports the memo if one is specified

    • Export Suppliers
      • Added export supplier records task
    • Import Sales Orders
      • Added nominal details to free text item lines
  • Sage ACT!
    • Import Opportunities
      • Allow setting of Record Manager field based on the TakenBy field in the Sales Order schema

      • Allow Template File to be a HTTP remote resource as well a file

    • Installer now includes the setup files for Microsoft SQL Server CE and Microsoft .Net 4

Bug Fixes

 

  • Salesforce
    • Bulk API Tasks – will now correctly tidy up any temporary files created when generating the Salesforce XML documents
  • Sugar CRM
    • Allow API calls over HTTPS connection
  • Sage 200
    • Import Customers – will now correctly save the customer id fields to the Zynk internal database for account matching
  • Sage 50
    • All export tasks – will now correctly save the filter and sort properties if a razor template is used
    • Export Invoices and Export Sales Orders – correctly export the carriage amount
    • Export Invoices and Export Sales Orders – correctly export the pre-payment amount
    • Import Goods Received Notes – correctly sets the cost price either from the XML, PO line or product record
  • Sage ACT!
    • All tasks – correctly report login failures when connecting to ACT!
